Software: Clip Studio Paint EX ver. 2 (perpetual license).
Hardware: XP-PEN Innovator 16 (anniversary edition) + Parblo PR-100 stand.

Writing

Software: LibreOffice.
Also: Google Docs for writing on my phone.

Publishing

Software: Affinity Publisher 2.
Also: LibreOffice, if you want something less fancy and more free. It is good enough to lay out a zine, and you can easily print booklets from it too.
